We are always looking for people interested in joining our organization. There are thousands of organizations, each with a specific purpose or goal. There are so many reasons why one should consider becoming part of an organization he or she believes in. By building an effective web site, we hope to get our message out to a larger audience of people interested in the upliftment of women. However, to become a member of SSU, you must fully understand the ideals , vision , and purpose of this sisterhood and promise that you will carry out its mission to the best of your abilities!

Who Can Join? Membership into our beloved sisterhood is open to females over the age of 18 who are determined and dedicated to eradicating racial and social injustice. We invite anybody interested in the issues and topics we focus our efforts on to join. Members must be able to dedicate enough time to participate and make a difference in the organization. Types of Membership. NATIONAL: Female not enrolled in an institution of higher learning, but already is in her chosen profession.
COLLEGIATE: Female enrolled in an institution of higher learning with a G.P.A. of at least 2.5.
GRADUATE: Female with a degree from an institution of higher learning. |
